Yes. If you got your subscriptions through google or apple app stores, you can ask for a refund on their support. If you got your subscriptions through our website send us an email to support@bookwatch.com and if you don't like the app we will refund you no questions asked.

We have a 7 day free trial only if you get our subscription through our mobile apps in app store or google play store.

If you got your subscription on our mobile app, you can cancel it through your app store or google play subscription settings. If you got it on our website then check your subscription confirmation email, it has a button that says manage my subscription.

If you have a paid subscription and do not have access to the content on the app, you need to check whether you’ve logged in with a proper email address. To do so, please follow the instructions:Go to the ‘Profile’ section in the app and see if the email address is the one you used while registering (check confirmation email). If the email is wrong, you need to log in with the proper one. To do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your profile page and click log out.
2. Press log in on the first page in our app.
3. Open the confirmation email you received when paying in our website. It has the email and password you have to use.
4. Enter the email and the password in the login page and it should work.
